As a Practice Administrator, you are more than a manager—you are a trusted leader and culture champion. You’ll be the go-to leader who ensures the practice runs smoothly, patients are delighted, and team members thrive. Your leadership will directly influence the success of the practice and the well-being of everyone in it.
Education and Experience- Five years of related experience required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
- Ability to work well with other team members of all levels across the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
