Education and Experience
  • Five years of related experience required.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
  • Ability to work well with other team members of all levels across the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
