We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial construction environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex projects from award through closeout.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager at Northedge, you will manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from start to finish, partnering closely with estimating, field leadership, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion
  • Receive project handoffs from estimating and fully own project execution
  • Administer project budgets, contracts, schedules of values, and cost tracking
  • Negotiate pricing and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
  • Order materials and equipment to maintain project schedules exports
  • Attend job site and client meetings as required
  • Coordinate labor schedules with superintendents and field leadership
  • Ensure work is built in accordance with contract documents, drawings,àries, and specifications
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation
  • Maintain organized project files and complete closeout documentation
  • Utilize estimating and ERP software to manage cost changes and forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial drywall and metal framing
  • Proven experience managing mid‑size to large commercial projects, including ground‑up and renovations
  • izan understanding of project budgets, cost control, and schedules of values
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of The Estimating Edge, Plexxis, or comparable construction software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience on healthcare or higher education projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
