No experience is needed, we will train the right candidate. This is not an entry-level position, some homework may be required during your training period. You'll have an opportunity to learn a trade and gain a secure, well‑paying, beneficial career we'll ensure you'll enjoy!

• Direct Deposited Paychecks
  - Base pay to $45,000 per year ($3,750 monthly) plus bonus and commission pay.
• Raise eligibility after 1 year.
• Company Vehicle - We'll provide after your initial training period.
• We cover the costs for your daily commute to and from home.
• Leave your home at 8:00 am and get home at 5:30 pm most days.
• Our work schedule is 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
• Saturday's and Sundays Off.
• Paid Vacation.
• Company-paid smartphone with unlimited, calling, text, and data including personal usage.

• Must have a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Someone who is reliable and understands the value of being on time.
• Our clients rely on this characteristic and so do we.
• Clean Driving Record and Drivers License (No DUI's).
• No use of tobacco products during business hours.
• Job Requires Good Physical Health.
• To perform tasks such as lifting backpack sprayers that weigh approximately 40lbs for 10-20 minutes at a time.
• Some basic physical actions like crawling, walking, and standing.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Can be honest, respectful, professional, and possesses an overall good work ethic.
• No Felonies
  - State won't allow felons to become registered technicians.
• High School diploma at minimum.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
