Maintenance Technician II

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team! In this role, you will maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. This job is for you if you enjoy being part of a great team environment.

• Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
• Maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned by your leader.

Schedule Details: Primarily nights from 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, days off TBD. May work occasional days as needed, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
