** Description of Work
** This position is responsible for the training and supervision of offenders in the troubleshooting, manufacturing, rebuilding, and/or repair of sign manufacturing equipment.

- HVAC  - Building maintenance  - Electrical  - Plumbing  - Carpentry  - Welding  - Machine  - Other    Equipment types consist of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual types. This position will inspect and maintain all safety equipment such as fire, sprinkler, and smoke detectors. This position will develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for numerous pieces of equipment, and will also be part of the plant safety committee and work closely with safety personnel to resolve issues.
Responsible for chemical, tool, and key inventories, and evaluates any changes or needs in inmate staffing. Additionally, this position is responsible for obtaining quotes for all equipment and repairs for the plant. This employee will be responsible for two medium security offenders in the assistance of job responsibilities.
This position has a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm.
