Facilities Maintenance II - Concrete Worker

R&R Solutions is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general maintenance. This position will also be responsible for concrete work along with building and grounds care as needed.

• Concrete work- site preparation, design and build forms, rebar and reinforcement, mixing, pouring and placing, and finishing.
• Construct and maintain various concrete structures, including floors, roads, ramps, driveways, patios, and sidewalks, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Based on the above essential functions this job is considered to be a safety sensitive job function.

• Experience in concrete work required
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
• Creative problem-solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed)
• Ability to always maintain safety while on the job
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred
