Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• At least 2 years maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and other areas of maintenance.
• Ability to bend, sit, climb, lay horizontally, and walk for job duties.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Own your own hand tools.
• Some computer skills required.
• Be able to push 100 lbs. and lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Excellent command of the English language (read/write/speak).
• Ability to work independently.

• Requires ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be available via cell phone and respond to emergencies in a timely fashion.
• Must be multi-tasked, organized, efficient and display ability to function in stressful situations.
• Must be able to travel to various areas.
• A company vehicle will be provided while working.
