As a Janitorial Technician you must be able and willing to be responsible for day‑to‑day cleaning and upkeep of buildings and other assigned areas within the facility. You will report to the Site Manager and be located at the Marshall Steam Station in Terrell, NC.

• Ability to use lawn equipment
• Ability to use a zero‑turn tractor
• Ability to travel when needed

• Pass a drug test
• Pass a security background check
• Valid driver's license
