Pay Rate:$16.00– $18.50

The Janitor plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment within the facility. This position ensures that all work spaces, common areas, and facilities are consistently sanitized and well-maintained to support employee health, comfort, and productivity. By performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to maintenance needs, and upholding company standards, the Janitor position helps create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and employee well-being.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas, including inside of refrigerators.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, conference rooms, hallways, and other shared spaces.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom products.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or company events as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks in accordance with facility standards.

• High School diploma
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience in an office or commercial setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
