Our Restoration Technicians are the first ones who show up to help our customers after they’ve experienced sudden property damage. Technicians set the tone for a five star experience and take the first steps to turn a negative situation into a positive experience.

• Respond to emergency property damage with urgency and compassion
• Utilize industry-specific smartphone apps and software to document job site conditions
• Extract standing water
• Move contents (furniture) to prevent further damage
• Perform neat and clean demolition of non-restorable materials
• Set drying equipment and monitor progress until affected materials are dry
• Proactively communicate scheduling needs to the team
• Be the expert who builds trust by showing off what you know in a friendly, humble, and professional way

PHC Restoration is a second generation woman-owned business that has been specializing in property damage restoration and reconstruction since 1971.
