Job Summary:

We are looking for a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes and commercial spaces in a two-person team. You will travel to customer locations and provide a variety of cleaning services.

You are someone who takes pride in your work, operates with high integrity and efficiency, and has an eye for detail. You go above and beyond to make an impact on our customers!

Responsibilities:

• Effectively use provided equipment—including vacuums and cleaning solutions—to clean customer spaces
• Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move furniture as needed to clean underneath and behind
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and customer locations
• Assist in maintaining supplies and equipment
• Maintain a positive attitude, be dependable, punctual, and in uniform to contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Knowledge of different cleaning products and their uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
