Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

- Handle work orders, customer service, and follow‑ups
- Serve a variety of customers across industries such as property management, hotels, movers, and builders
- Deliver world‑class customer service to tenants and property‑management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our CRM/dispatch tool
- Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step repair process
- Problem‑solve repairs with creativity using each tool in your custom tool‑kit
- Experience working with your hands—construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors—color matching is an integral part of the job
