You were born to be a boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring general managers who can lead, supervise and set the example. You will manage store operations, budgeting and staff.

• Responsibility for all shift activities: cost control, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% and enforce them.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, attendance, transportation.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients.
• Prepare product, handle telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness daily.
• Training: orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Basic arithmetic ability; fast accurate change handling.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination for rapid precise movements; use of computer or touch screen.

Varying weather when removing trash and outside tasks; temperature ranges from 36 °F to above 90 °F in some work areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying heavy trays, pushing dollies.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance and sign changes.

Forward bending, stooping, crouching, squatting, reaching into high and low places, hand tasks such as shaping dough and using a pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car, flyers, door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; insured vehicle access required.
• Navigation skills to read maps and deliver in adverse terrain.

• Carrying, driving, walking, climbing stairs; deliver multiple pizzas per shift.
