Reports to Global Supply Chain Lead

My client, a global specialty chemical company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in their NC facility. This position will lead and manage the Supply Chain team which will include logistics, warehouse, procurement, planning, scheduling, customer services and quality.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, procurement, planning, vendor scheduling, customer service, and quality
• Manage and develop a cross‑functional team, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with global operations, local leadership, sales, and customers to ensure strong communication and service levels
• Optimize inventory, processes, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to drive visibility and efficiency
• Oversee and continuously evaluate 3PL performance and vendor scheduling effectiveness
• Act as escalation point for customer and quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Build strong customer relationships to support trust, loyalty, and overall customer experience

• 10+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Management
• Current SAP experience
