$47,471-$49,845 to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; occasional overtime; emergency shelter rotating shifts as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThorough knowledge of the Child Support Enforcement Program and applicable legal procedures; considerable ability to interview clients, absent parents, and related sources; investigative and case analysis expertise; basic math skills; effective relationships with custodial and absent parents, location resources, and court officials.
Education and ExperienceFour‑year degree plus six months of eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work experience; or associate’s degree in business administration, human resources, law enforcement, or closely related degree plus two years of eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work; or high school graduate plus three years of eligibility, investigative, judiciary, or legal work; or an equivalent combination. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license upon hire.
