• Drive operational security excellence across multiple facilities within a short driving distance.
• Identify physical security gaps and implement immediate solutions.
• Manage vendors for new security construction, repairs, daily operations, patrols, and strategic planning.
• Extract metrics, analyze hard data, and track improvements.
• Suggest improvements to electronic surveillance and access controls.
• Educate data‑center occupants on false‑alarm reduction.
• Write and implement security processes and procedures.
• Prepare reports, create presentations, and communicate status to management.

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• 6+ months’ experience in security roles, preferably in a data center or similar environment.
• Additional education or training in security‑related fields is a plus.

• College degree (Bachelor’s) or background in:
  Military, Law Enforcement, TSA Security Screening, or Correctional Facility Officer.
• 2+ years of security experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.

The base salary range for this position is $28.00 - $50.00 USD hourly. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. Learn more about our benefits at .
