Overview
Mojotone is a U.S.
-based manufacturer and global supplier of premium guitar pickups, amplifiers, speakers, pedals, and components, trusted by musicians, builders, and major artists worldwide. For over 25 years, we’ve blended old-school craftsmanship with modern innovation—building products that sound right, feel right, and actually hold up on the road. We sell direct-to-consumer and through key partners, which means ecommerce isn’t a side project here—it’s a core growth engine.
Our team moves fast, cares deeply about the customer experience, and takes pride in doing things the right way rather than the easy way. If you’re into music, data, and building something real (not just dashboards), you’ll feel at home.
We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own the performance, functionality, and growth of our online sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and customer experience.
You’ll oversee the online store end-to-end: design, UX, promotions, product launches, analytics, marketing campaigns, and operational sanity. If something breaks overnight, you notice. If conversion dips, you investigate. If there’s an opportunity to sell more without annoying customers, you test it.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. It’s a “roll up your sleeves and make it better every week” role.
