Data Center Technician

We look for a technical professional who can maintain and support our on‑prem data center infrastructure, coordinate equipment deliveries, and provide 24/7 on‑call availability.

• Install, test, and maintain the data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cabling, and server equipment.
• Receive equipment deliveries and verify installation.
• Support the data center security policy and coordinate with other technology teams.
• Maintain documentation for the supported IT infrastructure.
• Provide 24x7 onsite or on‑call availability as required.

• College degree in a related field.
• Two years of relevant information technology experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise computing technology and data flow.
• Experience maintaining HP, Dell, and Cisco hardware.
• Familiarity with network interfaces, infrastructure cabling concepts, blade server technology, and performance enhancement.
• Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Standing >50% of the time, walking 25-50% of the time, bending 25-50% of the time.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work all scheduled hours, including overtime.
• Travel minimal (up to 10%).
