Join our dynamic Sales Enablement team, a pivotal group dedicated to empowering our sales organization. We are committed to design, scale, and execute customer‑centric enablement programs that drive seller readiness, differentiated customer conversations, and measurable business impact across a highly matrixed environment.

Your Impact

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end enablement for Networking Specialists, from strategy and curriculum design through execution, measurement, and optimization. You will drive global enablement programs that scale effectively while remaining aligned to regional business priorities. You will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Product Marketing, Marketing, and SMEs to ensure enablement reflects the latest messaging, positioning, and collateral.

Always leveraging AI and enablement tools to improve seller productivity and scale best practices.

Enablement Tools & AI Expectations
  • Become proficient in Cisco's enablement ecosystem, including Mind Tickle, Seismic, Digital Sales Rooms, Sales AI Agent, Imparta, Articulate Rise, and related learning tools.
  • Embed AI into daily workflows and help sellers adopt best practices that improve customer engagement and efficiency.
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of enablement platforms across the sales organization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership, ideally within networking or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of the Networking portfolio (switching, routing, wireless, Platform, Agentic Ops) and related software.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in a quota‑carrying sales role selling Networking solutions (e.g., switching, routing, wireless, software).
  • Background in Networking, Security, or Enterprise Technology.
  • Experience scaling enablement programs across large sales organizations.
  • Instructional design experience a plus.
