• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytic roles
• Excellent SQL knowledge
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Ability to transform data into compelling stories and present insights clearly
• Excel in data analysis
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Growth mindset with a proactive attitude toward solving problems and seizing opportunities

• Collaborate closely with Growth, Product and Business units to understand business needs and provide strategic insights with the data
• Turn data into actionable insights using various big data analytic frameworks
• Interpret data, analyze results and develop interactive dashboards
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, recurring reports
• Have in-depth analytical understanding to be able to define growth opportunities
