Responsibilities- Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding processes, and staff solutions with the Director and/or Administrator; work with RHA recruiters and local operations leadership to source candidates and build an ideal candidate experience.
- Maintain personnel files, ensure confidentiality, and retain records in compliance with the Record Retention Policy.
- Supervise and deliver personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communication, job changes, and file/records management.
- Assist with employee relations and act as a reference for personnel policies; collaborate with Administrator/Director and Corporate HR on employee matters.
- Coordinate employee training and development: organize orientation, schedule training, ensure instructors are available, maintain training database, and prepare training reports for corporate QA, Safety Committee, and Director meetings.
- Set up training classes, CBT trainings, and inform leadership of expired or past-due training; assist with determining staffing levels and ensuring timely payroll processing.
- Collaborate with RHA Recruiters to maintain vacancy scope, manage Workday job profiles, participate in career fairs, and support diverse candidate recruitment.
- Complete credentialing for licensed staff as required by company policy.
- Education:
Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources preferred. - Experience:
One year of HR, Training, or Credentialing experience preferred. Travel may be required (greater than 1 hour) based on unit proximity. - Licenses/Certifications:
Valid driver’s license.
- Office environment with typical exposure to moderate noise; some physical requirements including lifting and being able to stand, walk, and perform related duties.
- Language: ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional material; ability to write reports and present information publicly.
- Mathematical: ability to work with basic financial and statistical concepts as applicable.
- Reasoning: ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions; interpret various instructions and diagrams.
- Pre-employment screening: criminal background check, OIG/Child Abuse checks, drug testing, education verification, and other credentialing as required.
