Primary Purpose of PositionThis position serves as the classification and compensation consultant and subject matter expert for the university and holds authority for SHRA and EHRA classifications, status determinations, and compensation actions. The role advises leadership on position and organizational design, in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate classification and compensation decisions to leadership, ensuring a fair and equitable plan by applying consistent and objective criteria, treating employees impartially, aligning compensation with roles and market standards, and providing transparent reasoning behind decisions.
