We are seeking a multifaceted, organized, and self‑motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist
. This is an opportunity to support our largest U.S. manufacturing site, located in Claremont, NC
. This is an on‑site role, and the hours will be Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm.
It’s not very often you get a chance to connect with something extraordinary. Here, you will deliver full‑cycle, world‑class HR service to one of Comm Scope’s largest manufacturing sites in the U.S.
Collaborating closely with experienced HRBPs, growing COEs, and cross‑functional teams, this role plays a pivotal part in guiding leadership through mentorship, offering counsel on employee relations and ensuring consistent interpretation and coordination of company policies.
Beyond supporting daily operations, you’ll collaborate across teams to bring impactful initiatives to life—initiatives that foster a culture rooted in strong employee relations and open, healthy communication. Required Qualifications for Consideration- 2+ years in human resources and/or employee relations experience.
- An in-depth human resources background with experience that touches on analytics, employee relations & engagement, compensation, talent management, HRIS, and employee relations.
- Proficient experience building and maintaining positive collaborations, successful at working within a team environment.
- Advanced organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 7 pm.
- 2‑3 years Human Resources or management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Strong employment law and HR processes aptitude.
- Basic computer and math skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work outside of standard schedule, as necessary.
- Certification of PHR, SHRM‑CP, SPHR, or SHRM‑SCP.
- Previous experience supporting an hourly workforce.
