What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans based on business needs and market conditions. Promote diverse hiring and pipeline development.
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruitment strategy to swiftly bring in external talent.
  • Effectively utilize all recruitment tools to acquire and manage talent. Focus on sourcing tools that provide precision exposure for key roles.
  • Build rapport with key hiring managers and stakeholders while addressing current hiring needs and building relationships to pipeline for future openings.
  • Coordinate interviews, and selection decisions. Prepare offer letters and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate the status of all active searches regularly with hiring managers, HRM and key stakeholders.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on recruiting engineering candidates.
  • Familiarity with high volume recruiting in the aerospace and/or defense industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for building great candidate experiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with various interview and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience working with various applicant tracking systems (ATS).Experience influencing hiring managers on external market conditions and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and has ability to multi‑task.
  • Understanding of FLSA and North America hiring practices.
Pay Range

$70,000-$90,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
