As a Jr. Human Resources Specialist at Sanction Scanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and other HR-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to kickstart their career in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Talent Acquisition or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or relevant internship experience
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
