We seek an experienced leader who is passionate about hospitality, driven to deliver excellence, and ready to inspire their team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of food and beverage and front-of-house management experience, preferably in a hotel or event-driven environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team training and development.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and event coordination.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred:
Serv Safe certification and familiarity with event management tools like Triple Seat or Cloudbeds.
As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality while ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating Memorable Guest Experiences:
Ensure every interaction is welcoming, seamless, and leaves a lasting impression. - Setting High Standards:
Develop and implement top-tier service protocols aligned with our mission. - Leading the Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Event Coordination:
Collaborate with directors, event managers, and culinary teams to deliver outstanding events, retreats, and dinners. - Operational Management:
Oversee scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and financial performance to enhance efficiency and profitability. - Problem-Solving and Innovating:
Address challenges proactively and continuously find ways to improve the guest experience. - Curating Atmosphere:
Maintain a warm, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all guest spaces. - Managing the Beverage Program:
Source, purchase, and oversee inventory for a thoughtfully curated drink selection. - In this role, you’ll balance operational precision with creativity, setting a new standard for farm-to-table hospitality.
