Registered Behavior Technician; RBT – In-Home

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to a pediatric client in Angier, North Carolina (27501).

This is a part-time position with a consistent weekday schedule and no evenings or weekends. The role is ideal for an RBT seeking reliable midday hours and meaningful one-on-one clinical work in a home-based setting.

The RBT will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting the client’s communication, social, and daily living skill development.

Schedule for this role:

• Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Additional hours may be available in nearby clinics for candidates who are interested in increasing their weekly hours.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position
, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience providing ABA services preferred
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Angier, NC
