Location: Granite Falls
Overview
Discover a purpose-driven career at Astra ABA, where we prioritize individualized therapy for children. We re currently seeking passionate BT s to join our skilled team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists, supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential.
HoursHours:
M-F 4-7 pm
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
- Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
- Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
- Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
