Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time, in-home ABA services to a pediatric client in Creedmoor, North Carolina
.
This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and is classified as full-time in accordance with company policy (30 or more hours per week). It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who values stability, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support while working in a home-based setting.
As an RBT at Autism
COE, you’ll deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on skill development, behavior reduction, and real progress for the child and family. We prioritize clear communication, paid training, and clinician support — because great outcomes start with supported technicians.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Collaborate professionally with caregivers and the clinical team
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and clinical standards
This is a non-exempt, hourly position
, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
- Previous experience providing in-home ABA services required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and follow-through
- Consistent availability to support a full-time schedule
