We are hiring for the Outpatient Therapist / LCSW / LCMHC / Associate role at RHA Health Services, LLC
.

About the position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker‑Associate with RHA will coordinate and monitor services and supports for each user’s person‑centered plan. The role involves running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The Clinical Director oversees the program, and you may manage two or more employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run individual, family, and group outpatient therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and make service recommendations; conduct consumer screening and orientation.
  • Conduct inpatient group therapy sessions.
  • Orient new service users to RHA.
  • Develop person‑centered plans for service users.
  • Oversee the discharge planning process.
  • Facilitate relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians, and community resources (e.g., food stamp, housing assistance, healthcare, job training, substance abuse support).

Qualifications

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker‑Associate or equivalent, with a valid license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board.
  • Continuing education to maintain licensure, with experience in treating behavioral health issues and co‑occurring disorders.
  • Experience coordinating care with internal resources (psychiatry, community supports) and external bodies (legal system, families).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and act as a member of the clinical team.
  • Excellent therapeutic, communication, and behavioral interview skills.

Pre‑employment Screening

  • Complete criminal background check.
  • Name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
  • Drug testing.
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references.
  • Proof of driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle if driving required.
