Locum APP for a North Carolina Emergency Department We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Locum Tenens Emergency Department APP near Vanceboro, North Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential care in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. An orientation is required the day before your first shift. Coverage Dates:
Day Shifts (10 a.m.
- 10 p.m.):
December 18, 26, 27 Night Shifts (10 p.m.
- 10 a.m.):
December 12-15, 21-23, 26, 27, 29-31
Qualifications:
Current and valid AHA-certified ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications. Inpatient Emergency Department experience within the last 12 months is required. Facility Details:
Our newly renovated ED has 15 beds and a dedicated minor emergency section that runs for 12 hours daily. The department sees an average of 63 patients per day, with approximately 11 admissions daily. We use the EPIC EMR system. The hospital is an 81-bed facility that handles roughly 27,000 ED patient visits annually and provides a wide range of inpatient services.
