SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - THREE RIVERS HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER at Liberty Health summary:

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized in-house rehabilitation services at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to develop progressive treatment plans for patients with various communicative and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited therapy program, state-licensed (not a CFY), and preferably have at least one year of SNF rehab experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced:

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION:
  
  Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE:
  Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
