Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across NC and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.
Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Collect, record, and report data on client progress

Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
Flexible shifts available
Services provided in person throughout NC
Current RBT certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
