Role

Summary:

Supports Rehabilitation Services by performing clinical and administrative duties. Assists the department by maintaining the work environment, providing customer service and participating in educational activities. Job duties may include:

• Assisting therapists with treatments and exercises and helping tailor therapy plans to each patient’s needs
• Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining therapy equipment and treatment areas to create a safe, organized space for patients and staff
• Helping patients get to therapy sessions and assisting with dressing, positioning, and other needs so they feel comfortable and ready for care
• Tracking supplies, completing basic paperwork, and sharing important patient information with the rehab team
• Supporting the team with tasks like helping during mealtimes or other duties that keep patient care running smoothly
