Position: Occupational Therapist

• Acute Care OT
• Assess patient conditions:
  Evaluate patients' conditions and care needs to develop effective treatment plans.
• Develop treatment schedules:
  Create and implement treatment schedules focused on patients' specific needs and goals.
• Evaluate environments:
  Assess patients' home and other environments, proposing changes to enhance autonomy and safety.
• Teach equipment use:
  Instruct patients on the use of specific equipment to aid in their recovery and daily activities.
• Document progress:
  Measure and document patients' progress for assessments, billing, and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals:
  Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Outline steps for continued care:
  Provide guidance on continued therapy, home exercises, and adaptive techniques for daily activities.

• Educational background:
  Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License:
  Active NC Occupational Therapist license and OTR registry are required.
• Communication skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Empathy and compassion:
  Essential qualities for understanding and supporting patients' needs.
• Resilience and attention to detail:
  Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Rapid decision-making:
