JOB DETAILS :
Target Ratios:1: 4-6.
Shift: may work one week 12p-12a and the next week 7p-7a. Will take 36 or 48 hours, if signed for 48 hours, then no OT billed until after 48. Weekend Requirement:
Every third weekend is required. PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
General patient population serving neonates to centenarians. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: 12 Rooms/beds. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):
Unit uses Medi Tech older version for documentation and then communication is SBAR like with bedside handoff. UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours of hospital orientation. SCRUBS:
