JOB DUTIES:Includes, but not limited to, planning and completing daily work, performing venipunctures on patients of all age groups, obtaining samples for drug screening, instructing outpatients in the collection process for samples, and compliance with regulatory standards. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, utilizing tact, discretion and diplomacy to engage coworkers and perform in a teamwork environment.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma & Phlebotomy certificate. ASCP certified or eligible. Familiarity with state and federal regulations is required. Should be able to grasp a firm understanding of the importance of compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be organized, independent, dependable, computer literate, productive, and have excellent attendance.
