OT Occupational Therapist Home Health – AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH

PRN, flexible schedule, and paid training. Work 1:1 in the home with the patient in Craven, Lenoir and Pitt counties.

• $44.00 - $47.00 hourly.

• Responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery under a physician‑approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan addresses all problems identified in the assessment or document rationale if problems are omitted.
• Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the OT service delivery process.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an OT program accredited by ACOTE.
• Eligible or has completed the NBCOT entry‑level exam.
• One year related OT experience. If less, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring/residency required.
• Current CPR certification.
