Join a team of passionate and caring people who make a difference in people's lives. We are now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home‑like setting.

• Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and health‑care related tasks.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encourage self‑help activities.
• Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Manage individuals' behaviors by prevention or de‑escalation of aggression.
• Keep accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, as well as other required documentation.
• Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.
• Run errands for clients or otherwise provide transportation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid auto insurance.
