$15.00/hr - $17.00/hr (Base pay range). Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr plus overtime pay.

As a Senior Helpers of Waxhaw-Monroe Caregiver, you make a lasting impact that betters the lives of our clients and their families. You provide one-on-one personal care to help them remain safe and independent at home.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies such as scrap booking, gardening, and games.
• Prepare meals for clients to enjoy.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
