The EVS Operation Manager provides direct leadership and guidance to staff to ensure a high level of cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained as well as compliance of staff. Assists with DNV as well as other regulatory agencies. Communicates well with departmental staff, unit staff, facility leadership, visitors and patients.

Responsibilities

• Leadership:
  Provide direct leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service are consistently achieved and maintained.
• Compliance:
  Oversee staff compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Regulatory Support:
  Assist with DNV and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Communication:
  Maintain effective communication with departmental staff, unit staff, facility leadership, visitors, and patients.

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-year medical housekeeping experience.
• 1-year previous leadership experience.
