We’re recruiting for an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to join a well-established and growing accountancy practice. With offices across the UK and a loyal base of private clients and owner-managed businesses, this firm offers the best of both worlds: a national reach with a personal, client-first approach.

In this role,
you’ll lead the personal tax compliance function — proactively managing your own portfolio of clients while overseeing a team of tax professionals delivering high-quality work. The focus is on tax returns and self-assessment, but you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc advisory projects when they arise.

You’ll play a key role in developing the team — reviewing work, identifying training needs, supporting junior staff, and ensuring compliance standards remain high. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role, suited to someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for team development.
