• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, ensuring project deliverables are met within timelines and budget.
• Help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance Finance, Human Resources, and talent management.
• Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration.
• Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday.

• CPA is required.
• Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform.
• 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience.
• Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional life cycles.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Prior implementation partner experience.
• Experience in a lead role in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials.
• Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
