Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products; provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability: 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location are as follows:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

The position will be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits under our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
