We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our client's financial operations. This role is highly visible and business-critical, partnering closely with local leadership and group-level finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong cash management, and data-driven decision-making.

Compensation: $150K

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of all financial information
• Oversee and manage the local finance department (1 direct report)
• Produce monthly trial balances and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage cash forecasting and actively drive cash collection efforts
• Participate in monthly operational and financial performance reviews with local management and group headquarters
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and external advisors (tax, social, legal)
• Develop and implement operational, commercial, and financial KPIs to help drive business performance and profitability
• Support and participate in the enhancement and improvement of financial accounting systems and processes
• Act as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional teams, providing insight and guidance to support business decisions

• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and practices
• Solid understanding of inventory management and stock valuation
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with local and group leadership
• Proven experience managing people and developing talent
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Flexible, agile, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization
