Regional Sales Manager – HVAC / Technical Sales

A well-established German manufacturer with a growing U.S. subsidiary in the Charlotte area is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team. The company is known for high-quality fans and blowers used in ventilation, air conditioning, and equipment cooling applications
, and has built a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer support.

This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who enjoys developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with engineers and manufacturers’ representatives.

• Drive regional sales growth and expand market share
• Develop new customers and new market opportunities
• Manage and support manufacturer reps and distribution partners
• Provide technical product support and application guidance to customers
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with engineering and factory teams
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

• 5+ years of technical sales experience (HVAC, electro-mechanical, industrial components, or related industries)
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
• Technical aptitude;
  engineering background is a plus
• Comfortable presenting and training customers and reps

• Established company with German engineering reputation
• Strong technical product portfolio
