Job Details

Primary Responsibilities / Duties:

• Develop PLC and HMI programs using Allen Bradley, Triconex and other software

solutions for Burner Management Systems (BMS)

• Prepare and Update P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) to develop

scope of work and create technical bid summaries on projects.

• Specify and procure instrumentation including control valves, pressure

regulators, transmitters and analyzers per project requirements

• Specify and procure Electrical Control Equipment including PLC, HMI and

related Panel Components per project requirements

• Prepare Instrumentation Design Deliverables including Cause & Effect

Matrices, Control Narratives, ISA Datasheets, I/O Lists and Instrument Indices.

• Design and develop electrical wiring schematics, BOM (Bill of Materials) and

Panel Layout drawings per appropriate code requirements (NEC and NFPA).

• Perform Control System Engineering studies including conceptual design of new

systems and control system retrofits.

• Appropriately size components like Relays, Circuit Breakers, Power Supplies,

Fuses, and cables per project specifications.
