M-W Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced, driven Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex commercial, industrial, and government electrical projects. From wastewater treatment plants to large-scale generator installations, you will oversee the lifecycle of the build. If you have 10+ years of experience and are familiar with utility/lineman operations, we have a Company Vehicle and a dedicated team waiting for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the operational leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes.
  • Full‑Cycle Management:
    Lead projects from pre‑construction through final close‑out, developing strategies and timelines.
  • Financial Control:
    Review SOVs, oversee project billing and AIA Pay Applications, and manage change orders.
  • Logistics:
    Plan material procurement, delivery logistics, and coordinate with architects and engineers.
  • Field Operations:
    Conduct site visits to ensure safety and code compliance.
  • Utility Coordination:
    Leverage your knowledge of utility/lineman operations to coordinate with electrical utility companies.
  • Mentorship:
    Mentor and support the development of Assistant Project Managers.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    10+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred.
  • Project History:
    Experience with State and Federal commercial electrical projects is strongly preferred.
  • Specialization:
    Background in wastewater treatment, generators, utilities, or industrial projects.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with SOVs, AIA Pay Applications, and cost control processes. Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Education:

    Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Requirements:
    Valid driver’s license required. NC Electrical License is a plus.
