• Create technical strategy initiatives and provide communication delivery to line of business
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions
• Drive local improvement initiatives, project planning, and sustainability initiatives
• Review, assess, and write URS and investment applications for future growth
• Collaborate with multiple Novonesis sites

• Minimum
  
  B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to utilities systems
• 3+ years’ experience in utilities equipment technology
• Experience as a project manager with multiple team members that have a large impact on the business
• Prefer candidates with established network in utilities and knowledge of Novonesis and external systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess expert-level leadership, coaching, and networking skills
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to drive projects in a complex organizational setup

Location: Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)

Expected pay range: $115,000-$140,000
