Elementary School, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for elementary students (K4)
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
- Communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with grade-level and school teams
- Maintain accurate instructional records
- Uphold school policies and professional standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior K4 teaching experience
- Advanced degree and/or National Board Certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary aligned to the NC State Salary Schedule
- State retirement and benefits eligible
- Full-time, 10-month instructional position
- Valid North Carolina Teaching License (or eligibility)
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with instructional technology and data systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of content area and grade-level standards
